CANCELLATION
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You can cancel your order online only before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Once the product has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER WHEN IT IS DELIVERED?
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. However, you can choose to request our return or replacement services. Please look into our ‘Easy Returns & Replacement’section.
Any product ordered from Agra or any surrounding areas with in 100 Kms of Agra will not be eligible for any kind of returns or refund.
