EASY RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At MONDAIN, we are committed to customer delight & satisfaction and making online shopping a pleasant experience. All products are scrutinized for quality and size by our experts before dispatch. In the rare case that the ordered products are not up to mark and don’t fit you right, there is absolutely no need to worry.
HOW CAN I RETURN/REPLACE A PRODUCT?
We have made the process convenient for you with the most customer friendly return/exchange policy effective for up to 5 days from the date of receipt , as long as it is in its original packaging accompanied with its invoice.
Please be informed that on claiming any manufacturing defect, we will pick up the product right from your doorstep.
Manufacturing defects would mean the following only:
Damaged Upper Material
Broken / Damaged Sole or Heel
Faulty Zippers or Buckles
Note: The manufacturing defect policy excludes external damages that has been caused intentionally / un-intentionally / improper usage like:
Regular wear and tear due to daily usage
Physical damage of upper or sole like Animal bites, Silencer burns, Exposure to sharp/blunt edges etc.
Exposure to water/liquid
Use of improper cleaning agents or methods
Or else, if you choose to send back the product due to other reasons, you can return the merchandise via courier accompanied with the return form. Just remember to send us your mail at mondaincare@gmail.com, with your order number, date of purchase and mode of payment mentioned and specifying the reason for return/replacement
Any product ordered from Agra or any surrounding areas with in 100 Kms of Agra will not be eligible for any kind of returns or refund.
WHAT ARE THE TRANSFER CHARGES TO RETURN/REPLACE THE PRODUCT?
In case of manufacturing defects, MONDAIN Shoes will bear the cost of transferring back the replaced product. However you will have to bear the cost of sending the defected product to us.
